Living Street
FutuMed hosts some of Medellín's most important science, technology, and innovation institutions, but the streets connecting that knowledge with neighborhood life have been left empty.
This challenge seeks urban, technological, and community driven solutions that give the streets back to the people: initiatives that reactivate the use of public space through urban design strategies that invite people to inhabit, not just pass through, connecting the district's institutions with the surrounding neighborhood.

Women's Care Network
Across Medellín, clinical pathways, specialists, data, and monitoring systems already exist to care for women's health at every stage of life. With an investment of up to $6.5 billion pesos and twelve months of execution, we're looking for mature solutions that bring together clinical pathways, data, and monitoring so that risks to women's health are managed in time. An integrated network built on three priority clinical pathways and a shared logic for data, monitoring, and decision-making.

Four moments, one shared commitment to change:
A Connected Network — Enabling Track.
How might we build the technology and governance needed for institutions to share information securely, coordinate care, and follow each woman's journey across the three priority pathways?
Maternal-Perinatal Health.
We want every woman, from the moment pregnancy is suspected or confirmed, to receive clear, early guidance about her own risk — with a pathway that gets her to prenatal care before week 10, the moment when timely support makes a difference for a lifetime.
Cardiovascular Health in Women.
We want cardiovascular risk to be identified early and consistently, using scales designed specifically for women ages 40 to 70, with differential markers for younger women, and follow-up that stays with them over time — not just a single checkup.
Cervical Cancer.
We want a pathway that moves without friction from an abnormal screening result to the start of effective treatment in 75 days or less. Every day gained along that path is a chance at life protected.
