Training Challenge Call – CloudFactory and Ruta N

Description

CloudFactory is a UK-based company operating in Kenya, Nepal, the Philippines, and Colombia, dedicated to delivering Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to drive projects for clients across various industries.

The company offers data annotation—labeling or identifying information in images, videos, or text to train AI models.

We are looking for 2D/3D data annotation specialists to be trained (100% in-site at Ruta N, no certification provided) and to work on innovative projects.

Date: Applications open until February 13, 2025.

Requirements:

• Be a student or graduate, with a B1+ English level.
• Have internet access and a laptop with at least 16GB RAM, Core i5, or equivalent.

What will you learn?

• Annotation tools.
• Concepts and properties of the tool and roof rendering.
• Fundamentals of the AI model that will be trained with the annotated data.

Training Benefits:

• Gain experience in data annotation to feed AI models.
• Develop digital skills applicable to the tech industry.
• Training and practice payment: USD 2.15/hour.
• Production payment: USD 2.50–3.00/hour, depending on individual performance. If you withdraw before completing the training, you will not receive the corresponding payment.

Training Duration and Schedule:

• Training lasts 160 hours (approx. 1 month).
• Training: 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Production: 4 to 8 hours/day.

Application Process:

1. Registration and platform invitation: Once you complete the application form, you will receive an invitation to finalize the process on the CloudFactory platform.
2. Account creation and profile completion: Follow the step-by-step guide until your status shows as “Work Ready.”
3. Skills evaluation for the project: After completing the previous step, you will be invited to the Pre-PBA (pre-skill assessment) and then the PBA, which evaluates your abilities with practical project examples.
4. Training and practice: You will start an intensive in-person training to develop the skills needed to succeed in the project. Afterward, you will complete a one-week practice in a test environment to review, adjust, and apply what you learned.
5. Production: Start earning as a Data Specialist! Choose your preferred schedule and work with the CloudFactory team.
