That's the vision behind Ciudadano 360 (Citizen 360), a comprehensive strategy that goes beyond a simple app. It's a change in mindset, a transformation that puts each of us at the center of public management.
From the masses to the personal: the end of lines and confusing procedures
Today, interacting with the District can feel like a maze. Each service has its own form, and in the end, it's you who has to navigate an endless number of options to find what you need. Ciudadano 360 changes the rules of the game. Inspired by models like Berlin's, which has co-created digital solutions with startups to solve urban problems, we are building a microsite that recognizes you as a unique individual, not just another number.
How will we achieve this? Ruta N is operationalizing this project, contributing our experience in innovation and technological development to ensure that this strategy is not only functional but also intuitive and efficient. We use data intelligently and securely to create citizen profiles, understanding each person's specific needs to present a tailored offering that will adjust to the citizen's life stage and specific needs every time they interact with it. This way, the District will be able to understand and adapt to you.
This project isn't a future promise; it's a reality in progress. Since 2024, Ciudadano 360 has gone from an idea to a project in the development phase. We have already launched pilots in key areas like Health and Finance, and we are testing innovative tools like chatbots so you can get immediate answers.
The goal is clear: by 2027, we want every citizen of Medellín to feel that the District is not only aware of their needs but is anticipating them.
