With the PIX RPA 3.0 bootcamp, focused on intelligent automation and artificial intelligence (AI), Ruta N launched its cycle of short training programs.
Throughout the year, Ruta N will offer more than eight training programs of this kind, focused on technologies such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, artificial intelligence (AI), and data analytics, aimed at strengthening digital talent and enhancing workforce connections.
This first training, held from February 16 to 19 in partnership with PIX Robotics, received more than 700 registrations. It is designed for professionals working with these technologies, technical teams seeking to migrate to more advanced versions, and companies interested in integrating AI into their processes. The methodology combines technical explanations with live demonstrations, facilitating the immediate application of knowledge in real-world projects.
In 2025, the organization delivered 13 bootcamps in different technologies, with opportunities for workforce connection, involving 1,082 participants. The process included 37 companies interested in hiring local talent. Through these initiatives, Ruta N promotes the development of digital skills, expands access to quality employment, and strengthens collaboration among academia, industry, and government.
