We were recognized as the most important public innovation ecosystem in Colombia.

Corporación Ruta N Medellín ranked first among the country's public open innovation ecosystems, according to the Ranking 100 Open Startups 2025, delivered by Connect, the most important innovation network in Colombia, which is supported by Casa Editorial El Tiempo and Portafolio.

The recognition took place in Bogota and its purpose was to measure the collaboration between corporations and startups during the last year. The results were obtained after consulting more than 100 technology-based companies in the country.

In Science, Technology and Innovation (STI), Ruta N allocated $51.8 billion in 2025 to strengthen technology-based ventures through the Bancóldex - Micro VC Fund of Funds. In addition, with programs such as StartIA and Medellín Next, the entity strengthens local companies to compete in international markets and scale successfully.

This achievement is an example of Ruta N's commitment to promote a District that innovates with purpose, putting science, technology and innovation at the service of the people.
