Our flagship program to accompany startups according to their level of maturity:

• Seedbed: Mentoring and accompaniment to startups in early stages to define, develop and validate their Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with real tests in the market. Here we help ideas become viable business models adapted to real demand.
• Startups: Companies with validated MVP and first sales that seek to optimize their operation and grow in a sustainable way. We support them with our Shared Services Center, which integrates solutions in critical areas such as sales, digital marketing, financial strategy, talent and internationalization, allowing companies to focus on their core while accelerating results.
• Scaleups: The most powerful companies in the ecosystem receive an additional boost to expand globally. We work on their visibility, strategic connections with corporations through Venture Client models, access to international networks, and links with venture capital funds. Currently, we form a group of 5 leading scaleups that represent Medellin as a success story and inspiration for other organizations.

Medellin Venture Capital

Venture capital is a key piece for innovative companies to grow and conquer new markets. With Medellín Venture Capital, we are leading the region's most ambitious effort to build a solid, scalable and sustainable venture capital investment ecosystem.

The strategy is being developed on three fronts:

• Investor training: we train new investors among family offices and angel investors, many of them from traditional sectors, so that they can learn about and become involved in the world of venture capital.
• Medellín VC Community: An active network that maps, connects and activates the different actors in the ecosystem to create shared value and facilitate the development of scalable businesses. We participate in international VC reports and organize more than 10 events with local and global investors and key players.
• Investment vehicles: We facilitate the creation of public and private mechanisms to attract international and domestic capital. We have unlocked more than US$40 million in resources to strengthen and scale ventures in the District and the region.
